Fintiri Congratulates Ganye Monarch On Appointment As Taraba Varsity Chancellor

 

Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has congratulated the Paramount Ruler of Ganye Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Alhaji Adamu Sanda, on his appointment as Chancellor of Taraba State University.

Governor Fintiri conveyed the congratulatory message on behalf of the Adamawa State Government, describing the appointment as a significant recognition of the monarch and an indication of the strong relationship between Adamawa and Taraba states.

Fintiri expressed appreciation to his Taraba counterpart for the confidence reposed in the Ganye monarch by appointing him to the prestigious position.

The governor noted that the appointment further reflected the historical, cultural and fraternal bonds between the two neighbouring states and their people.

He wished the Paramount Ruler of Ganye Kingdom a successful tenure as Chancellor, expressing confidence that his experience, wisdom and leadership qualities would contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of Taraba State University.

Governor Fintiri also reaffirmed the importance of maintaining the cordial relationship between Adamawa and Taraba, noting that continued cooperation between the two states remains vital to regional development.

The appointment places the traditional ruler in a significant role within the university system, coming alongside his responsibilities as the Paramount Ruler of Ganye Kingdom.
