The third day of the annual Adura Odun prayer programme was held at the Onibudo residence of the late Chief Dr. T.A. Odutola in Ijebu-Ode, bringing
together Christian leaders, family members and guests in thanksgiving.

The exhortation for the day was delivered by the Rt. Rev. Dr. S.A. Adegbite while the special greetings to the Odutola family were presented by Bishop Olalekan Wasiu (JP), who commended the family for its consistent support and
faithfulness to the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN).
Bishop Wasiu appealed to the family to further support CAN’s efforts to acquire land for an event centre.
He also called for assistance for
Restoration College, a non-fee-paying
secondary school founded by a former student of Adeola Odutola College.
The school currently provides free education from JSS1 to JSS3 and requires support to continue its mission.
Speaking on behalf of the family, Prof. Mrs. Olurin, the Olori Ebi, noted that it has been 30 years
since the death of their father, yet CAN has remained steadfast in praying with the family every year
She added that while the family has experienced moments of loss, God has remained faithful and has continued to guide their progress.
Also present at the event was the Asiwaju Onigbagbo of Akile Ijebuode who also hosted the CAN faithful the previous day.
