Royal tribute highlights a life of purpose, dignity, and enduring legacy as family and well-wishers honour Baba Eto’s milestone.
The Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland joined family members, friends, and well-wishers to celebrat Chief D.K.O. George-Taylor, fondly known as Baba Eto, on the occasion of his 80th birthday, describing his life as one marked by purpose, dignity, and lasting impact.
In a goodwill message, the monarch gave thanks to God for what he called “eight
decades of remarkable journey, service, and legacy,” noting that the milestone deserved honour and deep reflection.
“We give thanks to God for a life marked by purpose, dignity, and enduring impact,” the Akarigbo said.
The royal father prayed for continued grace upon the octogenarian, asking for
good health, peace of mind, and the joy of seeing the fruits of his labour flourish across generations.
“May the Almighty continue to grant Baba Eto good health, peace of mind, and the joy of seeing the fruits of his labour flourish across generations,” he added.
The Akarigbo rejoiced with the celebrant on what he described as a noble
milestone and expressed hope that the years ahead would be filled with
strength, grace, and abiding fulfilment.
“I rejoice with you on this noble milestone and pray that the years ahead be filled with grace, strength, and abiding fulfilment,” the monarch stated.
